Enrollment & FAQ

Students will attend their core classes at their home campus, and cosmetology class at the exclusive Plano ISD TONI&GUY Academy facility housed at Academy High School (1701 Alma Drive, Plano, TX 75075).

Beginning fall 2026, the TONI&GUY Cosmetology Program will be located at the Plano ISD CTE Center. 

Students are required to purchase their own professional cosmetology kit through TONI&GUY that will be used throughout the program. The kit includes all required technical kit items, media kit items, digital education materials, and textbooks for the program. The kit costs approximately $1,750+tax. 

Transportation is not provided. Students will be required to provide their own reliable transportation between their PISD home campus and the TONI&GUY Academy location every day.

The Plano ISD TONI&GUY Cosmetology program will follow the Plano ISD academic calendar. Generally, students will attend class at TONI&GUY Academy any day that PISD is in session. On occasion, program days may be adjusted to allow for campus needs such as testing.

Students not meeting satisfactory academic progress requirements or with excessive absences may be required to complete additional hours (evenings, Saturdays, or on PISD school holidays) to correct deficiencies. Students with persistent academic or attendance issues may be placed on probation status or terminated from the program.
